At HM House Pest Management Service, we understand that unexpected changes can happen. To provide the best service for all our customers, we’ve established a clear and fair cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer that time slot to another customer in need.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially during peak service times. In the case of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we may request a non-refundable booking fee for future appointments.

We strive to be flexible and understanding—if there are emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will do its best to accommodate your situation.
